“But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put My law in their minds, and write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.” Jeremiah 31:33
What sticks out to me in the new covenant is that God is the one who is doing it.
He makes the covenant.
He puts the laws within us.
He writes them on our heart.
He is our God.
As a result we shall be His people.
He wills so we can be.
It is not about works it is about His will.
Prayer – Lord, I want to be part of the new covenant and thank you for making our way through Christ for me to be. Thank you for writing your law up on my heart. Help me to leave it out. I love you Lord.
