Breathe Deeply

Breathe in. Release. Inhale. Hold it in. Pause. Exhale. Repeat. I often take breathing for granted. Yet so many struggle to breathe. I see them daily. Hooked up to ventilators Bipaps, c-paps, trilogies. Longing to just Breathe in deeply.
