What book could you read over and over again?
The book I read again and again would be the Bible. Every year I read it cover to cover, and have since about 1999. I do that in addition to the devotions I read and my own word studies. Psalms 119 covers a lot of the benefit of reading the Bible and meditating on it regularly. The first Scripture that comes to mind is:
“Your word I have hidden in my heart, That I might not sin against You.” Psalms 119:11
Outside of the Bible, Dr. Seuss books, Where the Wild Things Are, and Winnie the Pooh books are something I have read again and again. Yes, you guessed it I have children and grandchildren, in addition to many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
There are several authors that I will read again and again. As a youth it was V.C. Andrews. Now I would say pretty much anything by Mark Batterson, John or Lisa Bevere, Joyce Meyer, T.D. Jakes, Holley Gerth, Joel C. Rosenberg, Peter Scazzero, John Maxwell, Bill Johnson, John Townsend, Henry Cloud, Bob Goff, and Rocky Fleming. These are all authors that I highly respect and enjoy reading.
