The Word

And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise. You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.Deuteronomy‬ ‭6:6-9‬

God and His Word are meant to be part of our every day lives, to be memorized and to be lived out. One of the best gifts my parents gave me was raising me in church. I was actively taught God’s Word. I was memorizing scriptures, participating in Bible drills, and singing songs that truly taught God’s Word. I was taught this diligently and worked and instilling The same in my children.

God blessed me with the ability to apply His Word on my life. He has given me wisdom since ai began my professional career. I have been able to talk if His Word as I sit with others. I have been able to teach them to apply it to their lives as I walked with them along their way. H

e reveals things to me as I quiet myself, even while driving and sleeping. I meditate on His Word each morning in devotions, reading plans, and journaling I carry the Scripture with me on the Bible App, often in my hand, listening, reading, sharing with others. I have scriptures posted around my home. The Word is important to me. The Word hidden in my heart helps me live right and share with others.

Prayers– Lord, thank You for Your Holy Scriptures. Keep me in Your Word. Help me keep it in front of Me at all times. Guide me by Your Spirit and Word, Let Your wisdom flow through me as I minister to the needs of others. In Jesus name. Amen.
