Loving Others

Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God. 1 John 4:7

I am good at planning, but I realize I get lost in the details and often never get around to finishing things. Like:

• Writing a book
• Blogging regularly
• Creating a godly parenting group with life skills
• Helping church connect with the community needs
• Typing out all my journals

God placed those things on my heart for a reason, because someone needs them. He gives us gifts to use to express through us His love; we love others by helping meet their needs in big and small ways. There are people who need what we have and are waiting on us to act.

Lord, help me to start doing what I planned all these years. in being obedient to what You have placed on my heart. Help me to be a good steward of my time and leave room for loving others the way they need to be loved.
