New Way

““Remember not the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.” ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭43‬:‭18‬-‭19‬ ‭

God wants to do a new thing. The wilderness is generally a place of testing and refining. The river represents Holy Spirit’s refreshing work.

Yesterday I started a new journey with weight loss. I know it will be a time of trial and testing for me. Maybe God is saying He will do a new thing as I submit to this process. I don’t is. He’s giving me anyway, away in the wilderness, I refresh and river.

I believe this is in the spiritual too. God is opening new ways of thinking to being a new thing. I am not sure what it looks like but Ibknoe He does. I just have to take one step and then another. I have tonpursue what God places in front of me.

Prayer – Lord ai feel like ai have been treading in the wilderness in my life, my marriage, in my health, and with our finances. I know that as I submit, You will take control. I am expecting something new. I am looking for the way and the river in this wilderness. Guide my steps. Help me to hear your voice clearly. Let me stay on the path You have for me.
