He’s Coming

Behold, I am coming quickly! Blessed is he who keeps the words of the prophecy of this book.” Revelations 22:7

It is the Church that will be blessed by God. He IS going to return. I have been hearing “He is returning soon” as least since I was a teenager. However our concept of soon and His are two different things. Regardless, I still know He is coming soon. I want to be part of the blessed. I want to keep the Word of the prophecy. I want to be counted among the faithful, to be the bride of Christ.

Prayer – Lord, I don’t know when You will be returning, but I know You are. Help me to live faithful to You until that day, or the day I am returned to You in death. Help me to keep Your Word and to do my part to share Your kingdom.

I have been through a lot in life, but through Christ I am more than an overcomer. I am not perfect, I will never claim to be. Praise God I am forgiven though. I am rather opinionated. I see most things in black and white and believe honesty is always the best policy. This combination sometimes comes off harsh. The truth is I love people. I truly love helping others and try to believe the best about others. It is easy to find faults, but focusing on strengths is more my style, but I also shoot it straight. If it sounds harsh, know my heart is for something better for you.
