Crown of Glory

Passage – Then, when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive glory as your unfading crown. 1 Peter 5:4

Restated in Your Own Words – When leading God’s way, when Jesus returns you will receive a crown of glory that doesn’t fade.

Application to Your own life – Again I realize that this scripture is specifically for those shepherding the flock, of which I am not. I do believe God wants us to influence and lead others His way. He will reward His people for such. I know I don’t get it right often and sometimes I outright fail. God knows my heart and that I’m a work in progress for Him. I’m learning, growing, and changing every day.

Your response back to God – Lord I may not receive an unfading crown of glory but I still want to lead an influence like You.
