Raised in Christ

Passage – That is, God raised us up with the Messiah Yeshua and seated us with him in heaven, in order to exhibit in the ages to come how infinitely rich is his grace, how great is his kindness toward us who are united with the Messiah Yeshua. Ephesians 2:6-7

Restated in my own words – We are raised up in Christ Jesus and seeded with him in heaven to show everyone the riches of God’s grace and his kindness towards those who are united with Jesus.

Application to my life – God’s grace and kindness is amazing. Not only did He send His son to pay the price to reconcile us back to Him, but He also raised us with Him. The one responsible for the death of His son and gave us a place of honor beside Him. He doesn’t just pardon the murderer of His child, but He invited us to eat at the table with Them forever. That is really mind blowing.

Your response back to God – Lord the depths of Your love, Your grace, and Your kindness towards Your people, towards me, is so much greater than I can comprehend. Continue to reveal to me Your awesome ways! In Jesus name Amen
