Prayer to release a personal idol

Heavenly Father, I’ve made food and weight and idle. I don’t know why that is so hard to admit that but forgive me for setting up an idol with food and my weight. I cast down my idol and ask You for help. Help me to seek You instead of food. Me to be a holy example and let my temple honor You. I know I need You.
