1. Praise – “Offer to God thanksgiving, And pay your vows to the Most High.” Psalms 50:14
Heavenly father, I praise You for who You are. I Praise You for this past week Lord and that I have seen Your hand at work in my life. I praise You for the beautiful sun rises and the beautiful sun sets that You have created for me to enjoy. I praise You for the fellowship that I’ve experienced this past week with fellow sisters. I praise You for the changes that You are making in those I work with Father God. I praise You for the changes I see that You are doing in me. I praise You that You continue to speak to me, even though in the past I have not always listened. I praise You Father for the community that You’ve placed me in, and that You have built around me to help me to draw closer to You. I praise You for Your faithfulness. I praise You for Your presence. I praise You for Your love, Your mercy, and Your forgiveness. I praise You for the empowering of Your Holy Spirit. I praise You simply because You are my god. I praise You for salvation, for the redemptive and completed work of Jesus Christ on the cross. I praise You, I worship You, I exalt You, I honor You, I glorify You, I magnify Your Holy Name. I praise You for the gifts that You’ve placed inside of me, for Your patience and drawing them out, in the boldness that You are placing inside of me, and how You are calling Me to walk in a deeper obedience.
2. Wait – “He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust.”” Psalms 91:1-2
Lord I wait on You, thank You for making the secret place available to me, for allowing me to abide in You, to take a refuge in Your fortress. Lord my trust is in You. I know You walk with me. Lord, keep me from the distractions that want to draw my attention away from You, silence every other noise so that I can hear Your voice during this time with You. Let them fade into the background, as I have so often allowed Your voice to be pushed back to the background by the other noises around me.
3. Confession – “if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.” II Chronicles 7:14
Lord, Forgive me for the spirit of rebellion that has made complaining be so prevalent in my life. I know I have not recognized it as rebellion, but I heard this today as I listened to MessengerX and then again in church and I heard You speaking to me in it. I do not want to be be rebellious against You. I do not want to complain about things that are in Your control or people made in Your image. I recognize that You give me the opportunity to change, and I want to do just that. I give You my mouth, remove the complaints and fill it with praise and gratitude. I feel like this is something that may take work, but YOu have rooted out so many other things in my life, I trust that You can walk me through this also. You are still in control, and I submit my mouth and thoughts to You as I realize that rebellion in my heart because of my thoughts is still rebellion.
4. Read the word – “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters. Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light. And God saw the light, that it was good; and God divided the light from the darkness. God called the light Day, and the darkness He called Night. So the evening and the morning were the first day. Then God said, “Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.” Thus God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament; and it was so. And God called the firmament Heaven. So the evening and the morning were the second day. Then God said, “Let the waters under the heavens be gathered together into one place, and let the dry land appear”; and it was so. And God called the dry land Earth, and the gathering together of the waters He called Seas. And God saw that it was good. Then God said, “Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb that yields seed, and the fruit tree that yields fruit according to its kind, whose seed is in itself, on the earth”; and it was so. And the earth brought forth grass, the herb that yields seed according to its kind, and the tree that yields fruit, whose seed is in itself according to its kind. And God saw that it was good. Then God said, “Let there be lights in the firmament of the heavens to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs and seasons, and for days and years; and let them be for lights in the firmament of the heavens to give light on the earth”; and it was so. Then God made two great lights: the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night. He made the stars also. God set them in the firmament of the heavens to give light on the earth, and to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness. And God saw that it was good. So the evening and the morning were the fourth day. Then God said, “Let the waters abound with an abundance of living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth across the face of the firmament of the heavens.” So God created great sea creatures and every living thing that moves, with which the waters abounded, according to their kind, and every winged bird according to its kind. Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. Then God blessed them, and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.” And God said, “See, I have given you every herb that yields seed which is on the face of all the earth, and every tree whose fruit yields seed; to you it shall be for food. Also, to every beast of the earth, to every bird of the air, and to everything that creeps on the earth, in which there is life, I have given every green herb for food”; and it was so. Then God saw everything that He had made, and indeed it was very good. So the evening and the morning were the sixth day.” Genesis 1:1-31
Lord You are still separating the darkness from the light. Do that in my life. Lord You are shaping those parts of my life that are without form and that are void. I submit unto that process and say “mold me and make me into anything that You would like”. Let Your creative power be at work in my life and through my life.
5. Petition – “Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” Romans 15:13
Lord I ask for more of Your joy. I asked for a deeper understanding Your joy is, because I feel like I might have the wrong view of joy based on the childhood songs that made it sound like pure laughter and happiness. While I have no doubt that there is happiness in Your joy, I know that it goes much deeper than that, and Lord I want more out of that joy. I thank You for Your peace in my life. I thank You that I abound in hope, and I know that that is due to Your Holy Spirit. Lord I also pray for Your continued healing in my body, I thank You that I am now in a spot where I can tolerate what I’m feeling, but I know that Jesus Christ died so that I could walk free of pain. I know He took that pain upon His body Lord that I might be able to walk free. And so Lord I claim that right now, I claim complete until healing from the top of my head to the soul of my feet.
Lord I pray for this week that is coming up that You would help me to stay abiding in You, that I would let my light shine before men for Your glory and Your honor. Help me be the salt of the Earth, and that I would continue to sow seeds that will produce fruit a hundredfold. I pray that You would help me as I finish up these writing projects to take the next step and have them published. Lord help me to use every gift and talent that You have placed within me, to further Your kingdom, to lift the name of Jesus higher, and to bring glory to You. I pray that You would help me to be honest with myself, to rely more on Your strength, and to be vulnerable with those that You have placed in my life to help build and shape me into more of the image You created me to be. Polish off those parts of me Father God that have collected dust and have been reshaped by the work of the enemy in my life, and let my vessel be fully available to You. I thank You God that You hear my prayers, and that You are walking with me. Thank You that You’ve never let me go.
6. Intersession – Isaiah 58:11 – Ask or make requests on behalf of others.
“The Lord will guide you continually, And satisfy your soul in drought, And strengthen your bones; You shall be like a watered garden, And like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail.” Isaiah 58:11
God, I pray for the women’s conference that is coming up this weekend. I pray that You would have Your way in each and every one of us that are in attendance, help us to be good ground for the seed that comes forth. And let it produce for Your kingdom. I pray for safe travels for each and every woman that is headed to Silver City. I asked for your anointing on the praise and worship team and on the speakers.
Lord I lift up sister June to You and pray that You would be with her as she finishes up her children’s book. I pray that You would open up the doors for the rest of her series, and that You would provide the funding that is needed for the graphics and publishing to get it into the hands of children that they might be reached for You.
Lord I lift up the Restored book launch to You and pray Lord that You would just get this book into the hands of every person that needs to be reminded that You Lord are the restorer. You don’t just renovate our lives to make them look pretty, You restore things to Your original purpose and plans. Lord I pray that You would bless each person who is reading the book, and pray that You would just bless those who are part of the launch team as well as Meshali. Lord continued to work in her to produce those things which bring You glory and honor.
Lord I lift up Cyndee to You and ask that she would touch her body, her mind, and her family. Draw her closer to You and help her lord to see herself as You see her.
Lord I lift up the confessional community to You and just ask that You would continue to work in each of our lives. Help us Father God to glorify and honor You with our story. Lord help us to be open and honest and Lord to allow ourselves to be seen and soothed by You. Father God we need You in the center of our stories. Help us to tell them the way that You designed for them to be told. Help us not to be in hiding, to be filled with shame, or to hold back Father but to allow Your testimony to go forth through us to those within our group, and as You change each of us to go for in our communities.
7. Pray the word – Isaiah 45:5-12 – “I am the Lord, and there is no other; There is no God besides Me. I will gird you, though you have not known Me, That they may know from the rising of the sun to its setting That there is none besides Me. I am the Lord, and there is no other; I form the light and create darkness, I make peace and create calamity; I, the Lord, do all these things.’ “Rain down, you heavens, from above, And let the skies pour down righteousness; Let the earth open, let them bring forth salvation, And let righteousness spring up together. I, the Lord, have created it. “Woe to him who strives with his Maker! Let the potsherd strive with the potsherds of the earth! Shall the clay say to him who forms it, ‘What are you making?’ Or shall your handiwork say, ‘He has no hands’? Woe to him who says to his father, ‘What are you begetting?’ Or to the woman, ‘What have you brought forth?’ ” Thus says the Lord, The Holy One of Israel, and his Maker: “Ask Me of things to come concerning My sons; And concerning the work of My hands, you command Me. I have made the earth, And created man on it. I—My hands—stretched out the heavens, And all their host I have commanded.” Isaiah 45:5-12
Father God I thank You that there is none like You. There is no God beside You. I thank You that You’ve made Yourself known to me from an early age, and ask that You would continue to reveal Yourself to me. Lord I know that there is no one like You and I want to know You more. You formed the light in the darkness, You made man in Your own image. You made peace in my life. You let the skies pour out Your righteousness. You let Your son bring forth salvation. You let His righteousness become mine and allowed Him to be my sin, so I could be in relationship with You.
Lord You are the maker of all things. You are the creator of every beautiful and living thing. Lord I thank You that You are forming me and making me. I am sorry for the times that I have tried to make myself, that I have built upon what You were already building, or where I’ve tried to take it into my own hands. Lord I submit myself to You and ask You Lord my Creator, I am the work of your hands shape me as You see fit. I submit to You, male me into whatever it is that You want to make me to be. Help me to stop trying to take control, because I serve a God who is in control of all, is good, is perfect and is righteous. He has good plans that He created before even before the foundation of the Earth for me to complete. I submit myself into Your hands.
8. Thanksgiving – Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’” Isaiah 41:10
I thank You for everything. I wish I had more words to thank You, for all that You are, for all that You’ve done, but my word just never seem to express the depths of my thankfulness to You. I thank You for what You’ve done in my life this month, lord how you’re revealing Yourself to me and showing me areas that still need deep work, and even those areas that just need a little bit of polishing. Lord I thank You that You love me enough to not leave me where I am, or to give up on me when I resist, but that You continue to pull me back and draw me close to You. Thank You Father God that You have never let me go despite my faults and failures, my sin and my shortcomings. I thank You Father that You love me even when I feel so unlovable. I thank You that You made me uniquely in Your image, and that You don’t let me to be successful in trying to be someone else other than who You created me to be.
Lord, I thank You for the years I had with my parents and grandma, Lord I miss them terribly but I know they are with You and that one day I will be able to see them again. I would love for You to give them a big hug from me and tell them I am doing fine. I know I will be fine because I know that You are still in control. I thank You that I can rest in that even in the difficult moments. I thank You for not letting me run away, but holding me close to You.
9. Singing – “I will praise the name of God with a song, And will magnify Him with thanksgiving.” Psalms 69:30

10. Meditate – “And the Lord, He is the One who goes before you. He will be with you, He will not leave you nor forsake you; do not fear nor be dismayed.”” Deuteronomy 31:8
Lord, today I hear You saying “I am with you. I walk with you. I go before you. I have never left you. I will not forsake you. I know you. I love you. I will never fail you. You not not need to fear or be dismayed. I hear your cries. I see your tears, I hold every one. You are not alone. You are valuable to Me. I have placed My gifts and abilities within you, not for you to hide, but for you to shine for Me, to bring Me glory and honor. Stop listening to the lies from the past, let them go, you can not take them with you where I am taking you. Raise your hands and eyes to Me, raise your voice for Me, raise the gifts, talents and abilities I have placed with in you for Me.
11. Listen – “You are my hiding place; You shall preserve me from trouble; You shall surround me with songs of deliverance. Selah” Psalms 32:7
I hear You saying You want to deliver me, from the things that I have allowed to hold me back from Your will for this life You have given me. You want to deliver me from the snares of the enemy. You want to deliver me from my complaining. You want to deliver me from the lies I have believed. You want to deliver me from the pain that I have been in. You want to deliver me from the past and the insecurities. You want to deliver me from the idea that I can’t be used by you, or let someone else could do better what you specifically designed me for. You want to deliver me from thinking I wasn’t made in your image. You want to deliver me so that I am free to abide in your presence, to take refuge in you, to know that you alone are my salvation. I hear you saying you want to deliver me from my need to control because you God are still in control. In order for You to deliver me, I have to be willing to let You and trust You with the process.
12. Praise – “Praise the Lord! Praise the Lord from the heavens; Praise Him in the heights! Praise Him, all His angels; Praise Him, all His hosts! Praise Him, sun and moon; Praise Him, all you stars of light! Praise Him, you heavens of heavens, And you waters above the heavens! Let them praise the name of the Lord, For He commanded and they were created.” Psalms 148:1-5
Lord I praise You for this time with You. I praise You that I have the freedom to come to You whenever I want to, as often as I need to, and even more than I do. I praise You that when I cry out to You, You hear my voice. I praise You that You meet me where I am, but You never leave me there. I praise You for Your love and Your faithfulness. I praise You that I can hear Your voice and just be in Your presence. I thank You but I don’t have to go somewhere special to be able to do that but that You are always available all I have to do is turn my attention to You. I praise You for You are never far away. I praise You that You never leave me. I praise You, I praise You Lord. I Praise You Father. I praise You Holy Spirit. I praise You Jesus. I praise You Lord that You are here with me in this moment and in every moment. I praise You that You still speak to Your children, and that You are never far away. I praise You for this time of fellowship with You and ask You to bring me back again, and again, and again.
