Praise ‘I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth. ‘ Psalm 34:1
Heavenly father, I praise You for who You are in my life. You are my comforter. You see me and you love me anyway. You are my provision, You are everything I need. I praise you for helping me transition into this community of being vulnerable, and have helped me to be able to process a little faster. I praise You for opening the doors for the office space and the new clients that You have brought in. I praise You that the heaviness is lifting and that I can hear You voice above the noise. I praise You for meeting where I am and helping me to move forward in You and the things that You have called me to. I praise You for working in me and through me daily. I praise You for Your freedom. I praise You for seeing me through every struggle I have faced. I praise You for Your goodness and how You have walked with my family through these decades. I praise You for I know who I am in You, made in Your image, fearfully and wonderfully Your masterpeice.
Wait ‘Wait for the Lord ; Be strong and let your heart take courage; Yes, wait for the Lord .’ Psalm 27:14
Lord, I feel like You have been speaking more to me these past few days, bringing things up in me that You want to work on, and that maybe I am more ready to allow You to do the work in me now instead of pulling back. I know that You alone are my strength. I am leaning into that strength more, as You help me to be more vulnerable and open.
I am waiting on You for answers about the next steps, but You know where my heart is. If this is something I am still trying to control please reveal it to me. I want to be a wise steward of what You have given me and I think that is what I am asking You for, but if it is control, reveal it to me. I want to wait on Your timing, Your peace, and Your appointing and anointing. I know You have called to to things, but I do not want to step out until it is Your appointed time and don’t want to shrink back waiting when You have said to step out because of my own fear and insecurity. I just want to wait on You.
Confessional ‘One who conceals his wrongdoings will not prosper, But one who confesses and abandons them will find compassion.’Proverbs 28:13
Holy Spirit reveal to me any wrongdoings that I am blinded to that are separating me from You. I know that forgiveness is there, awaiting my confession. Lord I confess that I tend to be selfish, and as far as I think You have brought me, I still see that selfishness rise up where I make things about me that are not. Lord, remove selfishness from my life. I can put others first and know that You will still take care of me. I can put You first and other things will be taken care of because Your words says seek first the kingdom of God and all these things shall be added until you. Forgive me for not trusting You more to be the character Your Word reveals to me. Lord help me to see myself washed white as snow as You see, and that You have removed the crimson stains that I have held on to, despite the finished work of the cross. Let me set down those garments once and for all, and stop picking up what You have already removed as far as the east is from the west.
Read the Word – ‘The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave Him to show to His bond-servants, the things which must soon take place; and He sent and communicated it by His angel to His bond-servant John, who testified to the word of God and to the testimony of Jesus Christ, everything that he saw. Blessed is the one who reads, and those who hear the words of the prophecy and keep the things which are written in it; for the time is near. John to the seven churches that are in Asia: Grace to you and peace from Him who is, and who was, and who is to come, and from the seven spirits who are before His throne, and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn of the dead, and the ruler of the kings of the earth. To Him who loves us and released us from our sins by His blood— and He made us into a kingdom, priests to His God and Father—to Him be the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen. Behold , He is coming with the clouds , and every eye will see Him, even those who pierced Him; and all the tribes of the earth will mourn over Him. So it is to be. Amen. “I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.” I, John, your brother and fellow participant in the tribulation and kingdom and perseverance in Jesus, was on the island called Patmos because of the word of God and the testimony of Jesus. I was in the Spirit on the Lord’s day, and I heard behind me a loud voice like the sound of a trumpet, saying, “Write on a scroll what you see, and send it to the seven churches: to Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamum, Thyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia, and Laodicea.” Then I turned to see the voice that was speaking with me. And after turning I saw seven golden lampstands; and in the middle of the lampstands I saw one like a son of man, clothed in a robe reaching to the feet, and wrapped around the chest with a golden sash. His head and His hair were white like white wool, like snow; and His eyes were like a flame of fire. His feet were like burnished bronze when it has been heated to a glow in a furnace, and His voice was like the sound of many waters. In His right hand He held seven stars, and out of His mouth came a sharp two-edged sword; and His face was like the sun shining in its strength. When I saw Him, I fell at His feet like a dead man. And He placed His right hand on me, saying, “Do not be afraid; I am the first and the last, and the living One; and I was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore, and I have the keys of death and of Hades. Therefore write the things which you have seen, and the things which are, and the things which will take place after these things. As for the mystery of the seven stars which you saw in My right hand, and the seven golden lampstands: the seven stars are the angels of the seven churches, and the seven lampstands are the seven churches.’ Revelation 1:1
To Him who loves us and released us from our sins by His blood— and He made us into a kingdom, priests to His God and Father. God loves us so much that HE sent Jesus Christ to release of from our sins by the price of His blood. Jesus made us into His Kingdom and as priests to God. He made the way so that I could come boldly to God in times of prayer, like right now and make my praise, petition, thanksgiving, and just listen to HIm and be in His presence. I do not have to be afraid to approach God because of Jesus.
Petition ‘Therefore let’s approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace for help at the time of our need.’ Hebrews 4:16
Jehovah Rapha, I ask for Your healing touch to my body. The pain that I feel, especially in my back is so intense that at times it is hard to think. It makes it hard to be comfortable and hard to sleep. I know that by the stripes of Jesus healing was made possible, and I ask You to apply the finished work of Your Son to my body as I declare and stand on YOur promise that by His stripes I am healed. Lord, I know there are healings that take time, but I am asking for Your supernatural immediate healing to my back and neck. I am praying that it is confirmed by the doctor, that everything is completely different and that there is no other explanation for the healing but the touch of Your healing hand.
Lord, I also ask for Your provision this week for the things that I want to take care of financially this month, specifically the children’s camp cost, the credit card balance, giving to the mission here, tithes, and the medical bill. You know the amount, I don’t care where it comes from, I will give You glory.
Intercession ‘Now I urge you, brothers and sisters, by our Lord Jesus Christ and by the love of the Spirit, to strive together with me in your prayers to God for me, that I may be rescued from those who are disobedient in Judea, and that my service for Jerusalem may prove acceptable to the saints; so that I may come to you in joy by the will of God and relax in your company. Now the God of peace be with you all. Amen.’ Romans 15:30
Lord, I pray for this nation bring us back to You. I pray for our leaders that You would help them to walk with integrity and do what is best for the people they serve, from the local level to the national level, give them wisdom and help them to work together for the good of those that serve. I pray for our military and first responders and their families, Lord bless them and keep a hedge of protection around them. I pray for those who are grieving loved ones who have died, bring comfort, peace and healing. I pray for the lost that You would have believers what are willing to be a true witness for You, to help them see Your love and to know that You see them and want relationship with them. I pray for Your Church, that we would walk in unity with You and with each other. I pray that we would rise up and walk in the power and authority that Christ died for us to have, and to push back the gates of hell and bring heaven to earth as we pray. Draw us closer to You and into maturity, keep us from complacency and luke warmness that distracts from what You have purposed.
Pray the Word ‘Establish Your word to Your servant As that which produces reverence for You. Take away my disgrace which I dread, For Your judgments are good. Behold, I long for Your precepts; Revive me through Your righteousness. ¶May Your favor also come to me, L ord , Your salvation according to Your word; So that I will have an answer for one who taunts me, For I trust in Your word. And do not take the word of truth utterly out of my mouth, For I wait for Your judgments. So I will keep Your Law continually, Forever and ever. And I will walk at liberty, For I seek Your precepts. I will also speak of Your testimonies before kings And shall not be ashamed.’ Psalm 119:38
Established Your word in me and produce a deeper reverence for You. Take away my disgrace, and help me to accept Your judgments are good. Lord, I long to have a deeper understanding of Your word and precepts. Revive me through Your righteousness. Lord I thank You for the favor that You have bestowed upon me and asked that it may come to me again, give me Your salvation according to Your word and help me to show others the way to You. I pray that I will have an answer for those who have questions about the Word or who disbelieve in You. I pray my answers will be grounded in Your word in which I trust, and that others will be willing to receive Your truth. Lord let me only speak truth. Help me not try to be a judge myself and others, for I do not know the motive of people’s hearts or what You are walking them through. Help me to keep Your ways continually help me to walk in Your liberty, to walk in the fullness of Your word and precepts and speak of Your testimonies before any person that You bring before me and not be ashamed. Lord, I really want my life to reflect Your Word and my love for You.

Singing ‘My strength, I will sing praises to You; For God is my refuge, the God who shows me favor.’ Psalm 59:17
The song that came to me was Fear is not my Future by Maverick City Music
Let Him turn it in your favor Watch Him work it for your good He’s not done with what He started He’s not done until it’s good
Hello peace Hello joy Hello love Hello strength Hello hope It’s a new horizon
If you’re ready for a breakthrough Just open up and just receive ‘Cause what He’s pouring out is nothing You’ve ever seen
Fear is not my Future You are You are Sickness is not my Story You are You are
Heartbreak’s not my Home You are You are Death is not the end You are You are
Goodbye fear Goodbye guilt Goodbye shame Goodbye pain Goodbye grave It’s a new horizon
Meditate ‘God, You are my God; I shall be watching for You; My soul thirsts for You, my flesh yearns for You, In a dry and exhausted land where there is no water. So have I seen You in the sanctuary, To see Your power and glory. Because Your favor is better than life, My lips will praise You. So I will bless You as long as I live; I will lift up my hands in Your name. My soul is satisfied as with fat and fatness, And my mouth offers praises with joyful lips. ¶When I remember You on my bed, I meditate on You in the night watches, For You have been my help, And in the shadow of Your wings I sing for joy. My soul clings to You; Your right hand takes hold of me. But those who seek my life to destroy it, Will go into the depths of the earth. They will be turned over to the power of the sword; They will be a prey for foxes. But the king will rejoice in God; Everyone who swears by Him will boast, For the mouths of those who speak lies will be stopped.’ Psalm 63:1
During our Lectio Divina time today Lord we reviewed Genesis 16 and as I meditate on that and what you spoke to me, I identified with Hagar. I know that there have been times that I was really harsh with others just as she was with Sarah. There were times when I ran, even from the goodness that you were trying to give me. And each time you called me back to submission. Lord You blessed me even in my pain, just as You did Hagar.
Another reason I identify with her is Lord because I know that You see me. I have never not been seen by You, even when everyone else overlooked me. I know that your favor is on my life, just as it was on Hagar and her son.
And you asked “Where have you come from and where are you going?” And what I heard was “I am coming from hurt and I am going to healing. I’m going from slave to being blessed. I am going from overlooking and forgotten to be seen.”
It was said in our group “we come into the world looking for those who are looking for us”, and I know that You are the one looking. You have never lost sight of me. I have been trained in avoidance, but Lord you won’t let me avoid You. You keep calling me, calling, and calling. And as much as I told my story God I want my story to tell me and others about your faithfulness.
It was also said that “When the way is clear it’s easy to follow.” I like it that way, I like black and white. “But when things aren’t so clear, I am free to explore.” I feel like the past decade has been anything but clear, but recognize You’ve made it so that I am free to explore who I am and who You are so I can know you on a deeper level.
Listen ‘And Eli said to Samuel, “Go lie down, and it shall be if He calls you, that you shall say, ‘Speak, Lord , for Your servant is listening.’ ” So Samuel went and lay down in his place. Then the Lord came and stood, and called as at the other times: “Samuel! Samuel!” And Samuel said, “Speak, for Your servant is listening.”’ 1 Samuel 3:9
As I look back at the things You have spoken or impressed upon me today, I just see Your favor. Regardless of the things I have walked through, You have been there. You have seen me through everything. You were my constant. You never left me. You never forsook me. Even when I walked away You were there. Your favor has been there even when it had to overcome my poor decisions and foolish choices. You have blessed me, my life, my children, the ministry. Things have rarely looked like I thought they would or even should, but in hindsight I can see Your hand of blessing every step of the way. I see how You have used even the difficult moments for Your glory and ultimately my good. And so I see You have brought me the favor of God and as I listen to You, that it wasn’t by accident but because of Your great love for me. It is because You wanted to bestow Your favor on me and to show me that You have always seen me.
Praise ‘I will exalt You, my God, the King, And I will bless Your name forever and ever. Every day I will bless You, And I will praise Your name forever and ever. Great is the Lord , and highly to be praised; And His greatness is unsearchable. One generation will praise Your works to another, And will declare Your mighty acts. On the glorious splendor of Your majesty And on Your wonderful works, I will meditate. People will speak of the power of Your awesome acts, And I will tell of Your greatness. They will burst forth in speaking of Your abundant goodness, And will shout joyfully of Your righteousness. The Lord is gracious and compassionate; Slow to anger and great in mercy. The Lord is good to all, And His mercies are over all His works. All Your works will give thanks to You, Lord , And Your godly ones will bless You. They will speak of the glory of Your kingdom, And talk of Your might, To make known to the sons of mankind Your mighty acts, And the glory of the majesty of Your kingdom. Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, And Your dominion endures throughout all generations. The Lord is faithful in His words, And holy in all His works.’Psalm 145:1
I praise You Lord, I don’t feel like I have adequate words with which to praise You. I exalt You. I will bless Your name forever. I will tell of Your goodness and Your lovingkindness. You alone are worthy to be praised. You are righteous, I praise You for Your mercy and that You are slow to anger with me. I praise You for Your faithfulness. You are majestic, holy and so worthy of all honor and praise. I praise You for Your compassion and all that You do in this earth, Your wonderful works that tell of your glorious splendor and greatness.
