On your walls, O Jerusalem, I have set watchmen; all the day and all the night, they shall never be silent. You who put the Lord in remembrance, take no rest and give him no rest until he establishes Jerusalem and makes it a praise in the earth (Isaiah 62:6-7 ESV).
Lord, I know that Israel will always be at the center of Your timetable. Your plans for Israel have not changed. You bless those that bless Israel. Salvation came to me through the Jews and I have been grafted in. Lord, so many Jewish are blind to Jesus as Messiah. I pray that You give Your children Your heart for the Jewish people and pray that the eyes of Your Jewish people will be opened and the veil removed.
I pray for the peace of Jerusalem and victory over their enemies in this war. Lord give them supernatural protection and defense.
I pray for all of the offspring of Abraham – Jews and Arabs – to return to the Father’s house as family reconciled to God and each other by Jesus’ death and resurrection. I pray that both Jews and Muslims repent, believe the Gospel, and receive Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior.
