Who is God?
It is important to know who God is, because we were made in His image. Most of my Christian walk, I thought that it was important for me to know who God was because I needed to know who God could be to me. As I allowed Him to display that portion of Himself to me personally, He became real in that characteristic to me.
Then I began to I think about the fact that I was made in His image. I could clearly see how I fell short. I began to allow Him to develop the characteristics in my life so that I could be transformed in His image. I was designed to be a reflection of Him. As I come to know Him more, I can begin to allow Him to make me like Him in these areas.
