It sits empty

Waiting for

The next guest

To take a seat

And experience

The power

Of the Chair.

Truth Pours out

The tears stream

Secrets ooze

As the power of the chair

Takes over.

I have a secret,

It isn’t the chair

But it makes it easier

To blame the power

of the chair

for the tears, the revelations,

the freedom from the weight

that is taken off

Sitting the the chair.

As the brokenness is mended

And healing begins

It is easier to see

The power of the chair

Than the power of

An unseen God that

Knows all

Sees all

And can heal all

If we will just

Take the time

To sit with Him

In His power

And let Him reveal

He is the true power

In the chair.
