Extended Prayer

Thoughts related to Psalm 19:14-15 Lord from intentional sin restrain Your servant; let them not rule me, then I shall be perfect and I will be cleansed of great transgressions. May the expressions of my mouth and the thoughts of my heart find favor before you Adonai, my Rock and my Redeemer.

Thoughts Related to Psalm 23 God provides care for me, he provides my needs. He gives me rest, and the refreshing water for me to drink. He restores me. He guides me in the way of righteousness. He is my salvation, protection and defender. He is always with me. He corrects me and keeps me from the danger I put myself in. He comforts me. He nurioushes me. He anoints and heals me. He blesses me. He gives me shelter, goodness and mercy as I dwell in him.

The Grace Room Lord, I thank You for this fast and time of prayer. This fast was more difficult than previous fasts, but I’m thankful You empowered me through it. Thank You for sustaining me. I thank You for salvation and that You have walked with me throughout my life. Thank You for Your loving kindness and your patience with me as I know I have tested both at times. Thank You for continuing to draw me to You and placing me in an area where I feel like what You have placed within me is being called out of me.

Lord I recognize that I don’t deserve any of that goodness that I have in my life, yet You have still provided it and poured it out on me. I thank You for making me Your child. Thank You for the trials that You have walked me through and the growth that You have brought. Thank You for Your correction and not allowing me to go too far down a destructive paths that I have ventured down. I thank You for the love that I have received from You and through others that You have placed in my life. I thank You for the foundation that was laid early in my life and that You have placed people in my life that have built upon it. Help me to continue to steward what You are building.

Thank You for the rest that I have learned to sit in, to allow time for You to do in my life what only You can do and that I have learned to not feel bad about being in these downtimes but I can see it as self care. Thank You for my husband who supports the calling that You have placed on my life and my children and grandchildren as well. Thank You for the church body You have placed me in and the people that You have placed around me. Thank You for the career that You have given me and the desire and ability to help others. Thank You for my home and transportation. Thank You for my health and for the opportunities You have placed within my life.

The Examination Room Lord it is easy for me to want to justify certain areas in my life because I am not “as bad as I used to be”. But since is still sin and if it exists in even small doses it still separates me from You. Reveal those areas of sin that I am blind to. Forgive me for comparison and wanting to hold myself in higher regards than another. Lord I know that I am not better or worse than others because my life is not lived in comparison. I am called to live a life for You and only You can judge the intent of my heart and the obedience of my actions to what You have called me to do. Lord continued to help me in what I allow before my eyes and into my ears and body. I want to honor You with this earthly vessel. Forgive me Lord for the areas of disobedience to Your still small voice. I want to hear and obey consistently and without delay. I repent from my sins and I ask for Your help with reminders of what I have failed to do and still need to follow through with. Help me putting things into my calendar so I have space for what I am to do but also open space for Your opportunities.

The Courtyard Lord I receive Your forgiveness and set aside any desire I have or the enemies attempts to get me to continue carrying it. I know that You have cleansed me from the top of my head to the bottom of my feet from all of my sins. You have made them go down the drain and You remember them no more. Help me to do the same. Help me to walk in the cleansing, the total forgiveness, that Christ died for me to have.

The Intercession Bench Lord I lift up Isaiah to You. I don’t know him, but I pray that You would help him to encounter You. Remove the veil that he is under and break him free from this addiction. Lord, place people in his life that will continue to help him to grow in relationship to You. Free him from the root causes of his addiction and help him to see himself as You see him and become the man that You created him to be.

Lord I lift up my sister in Christ to You and her daughter. You know the circumstances of this legal situation. I pray that You would help her to be able to release control of the outcome to You. Help her to find forgiveness and walk in Your peace. Lord give her a vision in the spirit realm of what You are doing. Bring healing to her daughter that what the enemy meant to destroy her will be used for Your glory and honor. Lord brings such a transformation that there is no lasting effects in their lives of this abuse.

Lord I lift up my sister in Christ to You and I pray that You would restore her to the joy of the Lord. Help her to walk in freedom from the past. Strengthen her and help her as she finishes her education.

Lord I pray for families that You would bring restoration, reconciliation, and healing. Lord You know the entire situation and You love all of them. Help each to have hearts willing to hear and see others point of view without being defensive and invalidating. Help the past to be forgiven so that they can move forward in You.

Lord I lift up my client to You and pray that You would give her peace in the situation that she is going through. Give her wisdom to know who to reach out to, guide her steps. Open the doors that need to be open and close those that need to be closed. Strengthen her faith and trust in You.

Lord I lift up this daughter in Christ to You and pray that You would bring her back to You. Make Yourself real to her, break the chains that bind her.

I lift up my husband’s situation at work, give him wisdom and knowledge and the ability to address problems effectively. Help him to be the man that You created him to be and to know You’re calling on his life.

God I lift up my niece to You and I pray that You would just give her peace and comfort and strength in the days and weeks ahead. Be with her family and encourage her.

Lord tell me what I can do to encourage and help those that you have placed on my heart.

Prospective Place I ask for a fresh perspective in dealing with some of the clients I have. Give me a fresh perspective so that I have a better insight into how to best help them.

Meditation Rock 2 Peter 1:3-4 (TPT)

”Everything we could ever need for life and godliness has already been deposited in us by his divine power. For all this was lavished upon us through the rich experience of knowing him who has called us by name and invited us to come to him through a glorious manifestation of his goodness. As a result of this, he has given you magnificent promises that are beyond all price, so that through the power of these tremendous promises we can experience partnership with the divine nature, by which you have escaped the corrupt desires that are of the world.“

Lord I don’t feel like at this time I have specific need but I did ask this morning for a deeper understanding and knowledge of the person of Holy Spirit. As I scanned through the list of attributes of Holy Spirit, none stand out as new or not understood, but I want more Holy Spirit in my life.

Isaiah 11:2 The spirit of Adonai I will rest upon him, a spirit of wisdom and understanding, a spirit of counsel and strength, a spirit of knowledge and fear of Adonai.

The Valley of Abundance Philippians 4:19 (TPT) ”I am convinced that my God will fully satisfy every need you have, for I have seen the abundant riches of glory revealed to me through Jesus Christ!“

Hebrews 11:1 (TPT) ”Now faith brings our hopes into reality and becomes the foundation needed to acquire the things we long for. It is all the evidence required to prove what is still unseen.“

Lord, I feel like You have met all of my needs. You have provided for me in every need. You also desire to give me the desires of my heart. My desires are:

1. My husband to surrender his life to You and be the man that You created him to be.
2. That I would be able to support the church at the same level monthly that I did yearly when I started my journey with You.That is what I felt was my “why” when I felt placed on my heart to start another business.

The Shadow of Death Habakkuk 3:18-19 But as for me in Adonai I will rejoice. I will exult in the God of my salvation. Elohim, the Lord is my strength, He makes my legs as swift as harts; and He leads me upon my high places.

Psalm 37:23-24 By Adonai are a man’s footsteps established and He shall favor his way. Should he totter, he will not be cast down, for Adonai supports his hand.

Stepping outside my comfort and learning zone into Your growth, it frightens me Lord. I know that You are directing my path and I am trusting in You. I know these are things that You are directing me to because You are trying to grow me into who You created me to be. You are my strength. You are leading me to Your high places. You are establishing my steps and providing favor. If I stumble You have my hand and will keep me from falling.

The Restoration Pool God is my protection, my provision, my promoter, and my promotion. Lord I will reflect Your justice, mercy and grace.
