Disciplined Disciple

Without faith it is impossible to be well pleasing to him, for he who comes to God must believe that he exists, and that he is a rewarder of those who seek him. Hebrews 11:6

Impossible. Wrote about it as pastor Ness had preached about it. Nothing for God is impossible, but for us it is impossible to please him without faith.

I was struck today that these two words are so much alike. It takes discipline to be a disciple. Staying in the faith, being his disciple breeds more discipline. As we run the race of following Him, it takes discipline.
