Stand Up and Go

 And He said to him, “Stand up and go; your faith has made you well.” Luke 17:19

Jesus gave this command many times when he held people. The word for healed/whole/well is translated in other places in the scripture as saved – Lexicon :Strong’s G4982 – sōzō. I feel like recently God has been showing me that He saved me, but that I have not gone as He told me to.

A few weeks ago I went to a training and God started speaking to me through a horse. No, I don’t have a Balaam moment, he wasn’t literally talking, like in Numbers 22:22-31. But God was showing me how I get in my own way of doing the plans He has for me. I can never be completely well until I stand up and go and stop identifying with where I was.

Lord, get me out of my own way that I may stand up and go your way. I know that you have saved me.
