September Extended Prayer

The Grace Room – The blessings that the Lord gives are undeserved by me and yet because of His unconditional and unfailing love He bestows them on me anyway. I am thankful for the blessing of my family Tim, the kids, the grandbabies, my parents, siblings, aunties, cousins, my inlaws, my nieces and nephews. I’m thankful for a job where I get to see lives transformed. I’m thankful for the church bodies that I’ve been a part of, my faith, my salvation, my deliverance and restoration. I am thankful for my testimony of Your grace. I am thankful for the friends and opportunities You have given me in life.

Examination Room – The sins that immediately come to mind are

• Not consistently doing the things I know that He has called me to do
• Drinking alcohol
• Being judgmental
• Negative things that come out of my mouth
• Not taking care of the Temple of God, my body
• Not using the gifts talents and abilities He is placed within me to the fullest of His kingdom glory
• Not seizing in every opportunity to share Him

Romans 7:14-20, 1 Thessalonians 5:5-10, 1 Thessalonians 5:11, Romans 12:3, James 3:5-12, Colossians 4:6, Romans 12:1, Matthew 25:14-30, Colossians 4:5,Galatians 5:13 These are the scriptures to meditate on to allow God to transform my life in these areas.

The Courtyard – Thank You for forgiveness, for the washing of my sins and making me clean. Cleanse my mind, my eyes, my ears and mouth. Cleanse my hands and feet. Cleanse my body and allow me to walk in Your forgiveness. I put on Your robe of righteousness.

The Intercession Bench – I pray for my husband that You would give him peace and make Your love and acceptance real to him so that he can see himself as You see him and be the man of God that he was created to be. I pray for our children and their mates Lord that they would have an encounter with God that draws them into a true relationship with You. I pray for our grandchildren that they would know the Lord and walk with You all the days of their life. I pray for my friends Lord for healing, peace, strength and wisdom. Lord guide them. I pray for J that he would have a true encounter with You and a conversion to Christ. I ask for peace and safety for the people of Afghanistan. I ask for a change of heart, a Sault to Paul conversion for those in the Taliban. I pray for the soldiers and their family, Lord that You would provide protection, strength, encouragement, peace and provision. I pray for complete destruction of the COVID 19. I pray for my family for peace and protection, strength, wisdom, and a closer walk with you. I pray for healing and restoration in relationships. I pray for my clients, Lord that they would have a transformative encounter with You. Bring healing to their body, mind, soul, and spirit. I pray for my pastors Lord that they would have a closeness in their relationship with You, with each other, and with their family. I pray that You would give them a clear vision and help them to walk in integrity. For Your Church I pray that we would be love to the world around us. Let us be Your hands and feet to meet the tangible needs in our communities, in Jesus name Amen

Perspective place – Lord help me to see others as You do. Help me to take time to hear others as You do. Help me to help others step out of the cycles they continue in that keep them trapped. Give me wisdom in the words I would use to guide others in a way that their hearts and minds can receive them.

The meditation room – ”seeing that His divine power has granted to us everything pertaining to life and godliness, through the true knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and excellence. For by these He has granted to us His precious and magnificent promises, so that by them you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world by lust.“ ‭‭2 Peter‬ ‭1‬:‭3‬-‭4‬ ‭‬

God has granted us EVERYTHING pertaining to life (zōē) real and genuine, a life active and vigorous, devoted to God, blessed, the portion even in this world of those who put their trust in Christ but after the resurrection to be consummated by new accessions (among them a more perfect body) and to last forever.

God has granted godliness (eusebeia) reverence,respect, piety towards God (devoted,dutifulness)

By His own glory and excellence God granted us promises to be partakers of His divine nature (physis) the sum of the eight properties and Powers by which one person differs from another, distinctive, native, peculiarities, natural characteristics (the holiness distinctive of the divine nature) to escape the desires of this world.

I take this to mean when I live out the unique life that God has called me to reverently live for Him, His promises will be fulfilled in and through me. My life won’t look like everyone else’s, but it will still be for His glory. It will keep me from the evil desires of this world.

Valley of Abundance –Lord, I feel like You have met all of my needs. If I had one request, it would be to have true connection and fellowship with a group of believers. I want iron to sharpen iron. I want to be challenged in You to grow. I want a family here in New Mexico of believers that I am real with and close to, knit together in unity.

The Shadow of death – I feel like the past eight months to a year have been a walk of trust, now buying a home and wondering what our future holds. I don’t feel like I’ve lost my peace, joy, or rest longer than a moment or two throughout this journey. There has been some fear related to my health and Tim’s, but even that I feel like I’ve been able to give to God. I believe He is in control. Thank you Lord for the peace that You have given me through this past two years, and even since my mom died, really, I know it’s been You all along.

Restoration Pool – I abide under the shadow of Al Shaddai. I am hidden in the strength of God most high. He is the hope that holds me and the stronghold that shelters me, He is the only God for me. He is my great confidence. He will rescue me from every hidden trap of the enemy. He will protect me from false accusations and any deadly curse. His massive arms are wrapped around me, protecting me. I can run under His covering of majesty and hide. His arms of faithfulness are a shield keeping me from harm. I will never worry about an attack of demonic forces at night, nor have to fear a spirit of darkness coming against me. I don’t fear a thing! Whether by day, or by night, demonic danger will not trouble me, nor will the powers of the evil be launched successfully against me. Even in times of disaster with thousands and thousands being killed, I will remain unscathed and unarmed. I will be spectator as the wicked parish and judgment, for they will be paid back from what they have done! As I live my life within the shadow of God, most high, my secret hiding place, I will always be shielded from harm. How could evil prevail or disease infect me? God sends His angels, with special orders to protect me wherever I go defending me from all harm. If I wake into a trap, the angels will be there for me and keep me from stumbling. I will even walk unharmed among the fiercest , powers of darkness, trampling every one of them beneath my feet! Here is what the Lord has spoken to me “because you loved Me, delighted in Me, and have been loyal to My Name, I will greatly protect you. I will answer your cry for help every time you pray, and you will feel My presence in their times of trouble. I will deliver you and bring you honor.I will satisfy you with a full life and with all that I do for you! You will enjoy the fullness of My salvation!” Psalms 91.

I would like my friends and family to have this pray regularly.
