The darkness between the miracle

For behold, darkness shall cover the earth,
    and thick darkness the peoples;
but the Lord will arise upon you,
    and his glory will be seen upon you. Isaiah 60:2

Bob Goff shared this verse, talking about the crucifixion, the grave and the resurrection. A prophetic picture of the darkness in between the miracle.

The world went dark.

The people lost hope.

Jesus rose and His glory came and His spirit rested upon us.

It is the same as we wait for other miracles. It can feel so dark and hopeless when the need presents itself, and we are in the waiting period. If we hold on, we will see His glory and His Spirit will rest on us as we wait.
