Consistently

“Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” ‭‭1 Thessalonians‬ ‭5‬:‭16‬-‭18‬

I admit consistency has never been a strong point for me. These Scriptures with the words “always”, “without ceasing” and “in all circumstances” are a challenge for me.

Yet, despite my personal struggle, I know that God’s will for me is constant. He is unchanging. He desires my praise. He desires my prayer. And He desires my thanksgiving. He doesn’t need it, but He wants it.

His will for my life is perfect. When I am able to be constant everything else flows from that place. My mindset stays fresh. My attitude Stu’s right. My relationships are better, because each flows from Him and that place ai am staying in Him.

Prayer – Lord help me to rejoice always. I want to pray without ceasing. I want to give thanks to You in all things. you are good God and Your Will is perfect.
