Give Glory to God

So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God. 1 Corinthians 10:31

I say I want to give a glory to God, but I eat without praying usually. I consume my food so quickly it doesn’t even honor the cook, let alone God. I drink without thought also. I do many things without consideration of giving God glory.

Lord I want to be more aware of You in everything I do. How can I give You glory if You are not even on my mind? How can I do things to bring You glory if I’m not looking to You first? Please help me. I know that You have given me what I need to do it, show me and teach me how to do it. Not out of religious duty but out of the deepest desires of my heart.
