He calls me

He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To the one who conquers I will give some of the hidden manna, and I will give him a white stone, with a new name written on the stone that no one knows except the one who receives it.’ Revelations 2:17

The white stone was used in ancient courts of justice when the accused was acquitted of a crime. Christ has acquitted me of my sin and He has given me a new name – redeemed, daughter, blessed, holy, loved, etc. There are many things God says about me. I must listen to what He calls me.

Lord, reveal to me another facet of who I am in You. She me the names You call me and erase the names others have called me.
