Remembrance

And he took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and gave it to them, saying, “This is my body, which is given for you. Do this in remembrance of me.” Luke 22:19

Passover, the Last Supper, communion, done in remembrance of salvation from the sacrifice of the Lamb of God. I certainly do not do communion enough, not individually or corporately. I need to remember all that Christ died for me to have. I need to live it out.

Lord, I remember. I remember Your body and Your blood that was given to save me, set me free, heal me, and let me live in victory. Thank You. Help me to walk out what You died for me to have.
