Resting Glory

Passage- If you are being insulted because you bear the name of the Messiah, how blessed you are! For the Spirit of the Sh’khinah, that is, the Spirit of God, is resting on you! 1 Peter 4:14

Restated in Your own Words – If you’re being insulted for being a follow of Christ, you are blessed. The Spirit of God’s glory is resting on you.

Application to Your Life – It is for some reason politically correct in America to attack Christians when every other group is protected. I believe that in this time there will be a glory of God shone in this country such as we have never seen before. The world will take notice of.

Your Response back to God – Lord, I pray for your people who are facing persecution, strengthen them, encourage them and empower them to let your glory shine forth in their response of words and actions towards them. Let the world see your glory through them. Amen.
