The Presence of the Gospel

Passage – (the Good News) has made its presence felt among you, just as it is also being fruitful and multiplying throughout the world in the same way as it has among you since the day you heard and understood the grace of God as it really is. Colossians 1:6

Restated in my own words – The Gospel is tangible. It is fruitful and multiplies just as it reached us when we learned of God’s grace.

Application to my own life – Grace is so hard to explain because to someone who has not experienced it, there is the question of what they need to do. Once grace is felt, with an overwhelming presence, understanding and accepting the Good News of Christ redemption and the Holy Spirit’s empowerment is a natural step. Then learning more and more of what God’s grace truly offers in our life, I have been a Christian for 34 years and I’m still amazed by his grace. I love to see when people first experience it for themselves.

Your response back to God – Lord Your Grace is amazing! Thank You for Your presence I carry with me daily. Let me be a tool to be fruitful for Your kingdom and see the multiplication in this region for You. In Jesus name amen.
