Who is Like Him?

Passage – Who is a God like you,
pardoning the sin and overlooking the crimes
of the remnant of his heritage?
He does not retain his anger forever,
because he delights in grace. Micah 7:18

Restated in my own words – Is there any other god who is like the Lord? He pardons the sins of His people. He lets go of the anger from our actions and delights in His grace.

Application to my life – It is hard to hold on to anger when I consider all that God has forgiven me of. He forgave me completely and overlooks my sins because of His great grace. I was made in His image, but I am not good at being like Him. I mean I am quick to forgive but too often that anger from the hurt is just suppressed not released.
