It Flows

Passage – Grace, mercy and shalom will be with us from God the Father and from Yeshua the Messiah, the Son of the Father, in truth and love. 2 John 1:3

Restated in my own words – When we are walking in truth (Jesus) and love (God) we will have grace, mercy and peace.

Application to life – I know when I lose my peace I am not walking in God’s presence or will. When I lose mercy towards other, I’ve stopped walking in God’s truth and love. Grace, mercy and peace flows from them to me and from me to those around me when I’m connected to the source. Grace also flows from this relationship. God wants to see me walk in His love and truth. When I do, the natural byproduct is peace, grace, and mercy flowing from me.

Your response back to God – Lord I really want to walk in Your presence and in Your will. Not just for my benefit but for the benefit of those around me. I need Your peace, Grace, and mercy to extend to those around me. Lord help me share that with others through You. Help me keep our relationship my priority.
