ONCE MORE

The light
In all its radiant beauty
Hides in the distance
Setting in wait
Once more.

As the dark mass,
Moves in between

Where I am
And the light I seek
To see once more.

I move around
Trying to capture
A small glimpse
Once more.

It slowly fades
Out of sight
Behind the hills
Gone is the beauty
Until day breaks
And light abounds
One more.
