Protect and Deliver

Scripture – They will fight against you like a besieging army against a high city wall. But they will not conquer you, for I am with you to protect and deliver you, says the Lord. Jeremiah 15:20

Thoughts of what this scripture means – The people will fight against you fiercely, God promises they will not conquer you. He is with you and he will protect and deliver you.

Application to my life – Even though it feels like the walls are closing in around me, God is there with me. Text me from the full weight of what is coming against me and he will deliver me. He protects me. God did this as I processed my emotional herds and started to come to terms with things. Protected me from the full weight of things as he delivered me from them.

Response back to God – Lord thank You for being with me. For protecting me like only You can. Thank You for delivering me. I know that I am a work in progress please continue working in me. I placed my trust in Uou.
