Commissioned

Scripture Therefore go and make disciples in all the nations, baptizing them into the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and then teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you; and be sure of this—that I am with you always, even to the end of the world.” Matthew 28:19-20

Thoughts about what this Scripture means – I am commissioned to make disciples.

Application to my life

Who am I discipling?

Who was growing closer to God because of my influence?

Who am I in relationship with helping them to obey his commands?

God is with me, where am I going?

Why am I not?

God commissioned me to make disciples, who God do you want me to disciple?

Response back to God – Lord, open my eyes to who you would have me to lead to you or into a deeper walk with you. Let me teach your commands to the nations. With me and through you I can do all things.
