The Steps

Scripture: Adonai directs a person’s steps,
and he delights in his way. Psalm 37:23

Thoughts: God shows up the steps to take and He is pleased with each one we take.

Application:God has a path for me to take. He tries to direct me to take the right steps, like with exercise, portion control, not eating unless I am hungry. He can direct me, but I have to be willing to hear the instructions or see the sign. When I am obedient to His direction, He is pleased. He takes delight when I take the steps.

Response: Lord, thank You that You have direction for my life. Help me to be obedient, to hear Your voice, and to walk along Your steps that I may bring You delight. Thank You that You know every step I take. Help me to take steps closer to You.
