Lord my heart and soul are grieved because of the injustices in this world. Innocent people suffer. Changed people can not find forgiveness. And guilty people go free with no remorse. I am so angry at the system.
Lord I cannot keep putting myself through this emotional turmoil. Lord, I need out. I need to be able to help this cause but I cannot be in it. Show me how to get back to social activism at the root. Change needs to happen from the top down not the bottom up.
Give me something that can support my family but that will also give me the ability to speak out against the wrongs done against children and families/.
Lord help me to keep the passion behind the hurt. Let me act in righteous anger without damaging my relationship with You. I love You and still praise You.
